About Us
Elaine Geroulo has been in private practice since 1997 when she began her career as a partner in Geroulo & Geroulo Law Offices in downtown Scranton.
In 2001, her father Vito P. Geroulo was elected to the Court of Common Pleas while Elaine embarked on her career as a solo practitioner. For the past 26 years, she has built a general practice, specializing in criminal defense and estate law, including wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and estate administration. She was the first female Chief Solicitor for the Lackawanna County Commissioners in its history. She is currently the Assistant Solicitor to the Commissioners. She has been proud to represent the elderly, their families, and those clients who find themselves in trouble with the law.
